Mikael Trolle is director at Volleyball Danmark. Mikael is also consultant for High Performance Teams and coaching at High Performance Institute, where he also serves as chairman of the board. Since 2002, Mikael has been head of elite sports at Volleyball Danmark. He has also served as external coach for Den Kongelige Ballet, The Danish Opera and DR TV-Drama. During 10 years with Mikael as head coach, the national Danish men's volleyball team has seen significant international results. He is Cand. Scient. in physical education and biology from Københavns Universitet. Mikaels contribution this year is called "High Performance Leadership = Præstationsledelse".
