In order to lead others you must first be able to manage yourself. This is harder than ever. You probably set high demands for yourself, but when is good good enough? You have many options in an increasingly flexible labor market, so what do you choose and where do you opt out? You're busy, so how do you stay focused and make the right decisions? Thomas Dalsgaard will give his perspective on how you handle the modern labor market demands and take care of yourself, so you act better as a leader and role model for others.
Thomas has been with DONG Energy since 2008 and is now Executive Vice President with responsibility for Bioenergy & Thermal Power, with focus on ensuring efficient and flexible production of electricity and heat and convert the Danish power plants from fossil fuels to sustainable biomass. He graduated from Aarhus University with an MSc in Economics in 1993.
